The class will begin on September 6 and will end on October 10 Classes are held every Thursday 15:00-16:15 Fiji The instructor is Clay yoga seniors.
Participants will learn how beneficial yoga postures, breathing techniques Yoga Elderly, meditation and positive visualization. This program is designed to help seniors develop strength and balance, which will improve the daily functioning and well-being Yoga Elderly. Yoga improves breathing and circulation, and thus the flow of energy throughout the body yoga seniors.
